Set in a truly breathtaking location, Deanston Distillery is the perfect start for your tour. Not only is the whisky fantastic, but the distillery itself also has a fascinating story. The building was originally a cotton mill, before Deanston’s founder was inspired to turn it into a whisky distillery. Using the original lade, the distillery is now self-sufficient by creating its own electricity from the River Teith. Possibly one of Scotland’s most beautiful drives, Dukes Pass will lead you through the winding hills of the Trossachs. Be sure to stop for a few photos and capture every moment with your group.

On the way to Glengoyne, you’ll pass through the tiny village of Drymen. No more than a few houses, it was once a popular stopping place for cattle drovers.
