Our destination is the prestigious Solaria Winery, owned by the Cencioni family, who have been producing world-class wines for generations. This historic estate was among the first to pioneer the production of Brunello di Montalcino, a legacy of excellence and passion that continues to this day. Your visit begins with an exclusive tour of the cellar, where you’ll learn the secrets of crafting Brunello, from vine to glass, followed by an in-depth explanation of the winemaking process. Then, indulge in a tasting of five exceptional wines, including Rosso di Montalcino, two varieties of Brunello DOCG, a bold Super Tuscan, and a refreshing Rosé. After the tasting, we’ll return to Florence, arriving around 5 PM, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Tuscany’s wine and landscapes.
