Another of Scotland's major tourist attractions the Riverside museum had a wide range of exhibits ranging from cars, to steam engines to model ships that were built on the river Clyde.

Take your chance to explore the tall ship Glenlee at the rear of the Riverside museum. She was built in Port Glasgow and first launched in 1896

Inside the impressive Kelvingrove art gallery and museum building there is something fir everyone. There is a wide variety of art, history, natural history and social history. A highlight of the art gallery and museum is Christ of St John on the cross by Salvador Dali.

The University of Glasgow established 1451 is the fourth oldest university in the English speaking world. Admire the architecture of over one hundred listed buildings and spectacular views over the south side of the city.
