Welcome!
You will be given a special apron with a large pocket where you will collect the roses you pick.
I will explain why we harvest at sunrise, how to identify the perfect bloom, and what happens to the petals afterwards.
Each rose makes a soft “click” when it is cut. It is a calming, almost meditative process. You move from bush to bush, filling your apron as it was done a century ago.
You will also taste RosaMia Elixir — a cold rose water made from fermented petals. It is refreshing, soothing, and easy to drink.
I will share insights about its distillation and the importance of rose essential oil in natural cosmetics. You will understand its true value.
