No particular physical skills are required: generally being in good shape and not being afraid of deep water. You will paddle approx 6 Km with several planned stops.

If there are participants between 10 and 14 years of age, it will be necessary to contact the guide at least one day before the excursion, at the number on the booking voucher, to arrange suitable equipment.

Take the pedestrian promenade of Marina Piccola to the "L'Aurora" kiosk-bar, on the right side terrace overlooking the sea. This activity ends back at the meeting point.
In the first 15/20 minutes, we will do the mini-course for newbies. You will discover how simple and fun it is to slip on the water while paddling and standing on the SUP. We will teach you the basics and the basic technique before leaving for the tour along the cliff of the Sella del Diavolo promontory. one of the icons of Cagliari! We will sail slowly on the crystalline, emerald green waters among the faraglioni, close to the limestone cliff, accompanied by the song of the gulls and the cormorants that populate this magical place! We will make several stops in the natural pools, where we can snorkel, and we will land for a few minutes on a small pebble beach before leaving for Cala Fighera...
