Ecoparque Cerro la Cruz is a 4 hectare private park just 10 minutes from downtown Boquete — no guide, no group, no fixed hours. Stay two hours or eight. Go out and come back whenever you want. Let your kids find the 40-meter doughnut slide and come back asking to get off again.
The park has two of the most impressive views of Chiriquí: the Barú Volcano behind and the Boquete Valley in front. Nature trail, two suspension bridges and animal farm included.
Restaurant and cafe in the park with mountain views — no taxi, no reservation.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30am–5:30pm. Free parking. 1.9km from the city centre. People with disabilities get in free.
