La baie de Manolis est un paradis secret, juste à côté de notre bateau, dans le lagon. Elle est surtout connue pour sa grotte, que les habitants considèrent comme le résultat d'une erreur de M. Manolis, le pêcheur qui s'est fait exploser à la dynamite lors de sa pêche matinale. Ses eaux sont turquoise et son sable blanc.
