Temple de Tirta Empul
Le temple de Tirta Empul, également connu sous le nom de Temple de la Source Sacrée, est situé à Tampak Siring. Depuis plus de mille ans, les fidèles balinais s'y rendent pour y puiser de l'eau bénite et purifier le corps du mauvais sort. Les habitants croient que l'eau de ce temple a le pouvoir de purifier le corps des influences négatives. Un mythe raconte que ce temple sacré aurait été construit par le dieu Indra pour les guerriers morts, tués par l'arrogant roi Maya Denawa. Les guerriers morts seraient revenus à la vie après avoir jailli de l'eau de ce temple sacré. Aujourd'hui, ce temple est utilisé par les hindous pour se purifier des influences négatives du corps et de l'âme. De nombreux touristes viennent également se purifier dans cette source d'eau de Tirta Empul. Une expérience spirituelle impressionnante que de découvrir le caractère unique de ce temple.
