In the morning of 8 Am, meet & greet with our professional licensed tour guide and driver at your hotel. Start highlights sightseeing by your private air-conditioned vehicle to Nyaung Oo market which is one of the bustling colorful market where local vendors come from nearby villages sell green vegetable, fresh fishes & meats, local goods & handmade products. Enjoy morning tranquility by visiting to great Shwezigone Pagoda, built by King Anawrahtar and immerse 11 centuries of rich history background, ancient architecture and Buddhism ways of life. Continue to Kyansithar Umin which is narrow, dark corridors of this meditation monastery are painted with murals that illustrate Mongul invaders who took over Bagan after the year of 1287. Htilominlo Temple, that was originally plastered with white stucco, contains depictions of ogresses and mythological animals like Makara sea creatures. Proceed to Ananda Temple, the finest, largest, best preserved and most revered of the Bagan temples built by King Kyansitthar. Afternoon, visit Myinkaba Gu Byauk Gyi Temple which is famous with a large array of well-preserved frescoes on its interior walls, the oldest original paintings to be found in Bagan. Then to Manuha Temple which is donation of dethroned King Manuha who was arrested by King Anawrahtar and King Manuha designed that houses four immense Buddha images, too large for their enclosures, and their cramped, uncomfortable positions are said to represent the stress and lack of comfort the 'captive king' had to endure. Proceed to Myinkaba lacquerware village to see the manufacturing stages that decorative objects coated with shiny lacquer. Late afternoon, immerse your unique experience by riding horse-cart to Min Nan Thu village and Paya Thonzu worth for seeing its 13th century mural painting, and continue to Dhamayangyi Temple, the most massive structure of Bagan which was built by King Narathu. Enjoy wonderful sunset by private wooden boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River. Transfer back to your hotel.
