Grande Muraille de Mutianyu
Meet your friendly guide and driver at your hotel lobby in the morning, and drive about 1.5 hours to Mutianyu Great Wall, the best welcomed by travelers for its picturesque scenery, fewer tourist, and beautifully-restored architecture.
On arrival at Mutianyu, swap your vehicle for a bicycle, and put the provided cycle helmet on. Then, after safety instructions, enjoy a guided tour, cycling along Huairou reservoir, enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings, avoid the hustle and bustle of big city. Then biking through a village, get a feel of the locals' life in countryside.
After about an hour, end your ride and enjoy a tasty Chinese lunch at a local restaurant before the Great Wall hiking.
Here, you can either choose taking a cable car up and cable car down or chair lift up to the Wall and take a toboggan down. Enjoy a 2- to 3-hour guided hike along the Wall.
