Your adventure through the Manu Expedition commences early in the morning, starting from your hotel in Cusco. We transport you in a private vehicle through the Andean grasslands to the expansive Amazon, allowing you to marvel at towering Andean peaks along the journey.

Paucartambo
We first stop at Paucartambo, an Andean town rich in folklore where you can enjoy traditional breakfast while your guide provides insight into local culture and traditions.

Tres Cruces
The next stop is the scenic Tres Cruces or Acjano Pass, offering breathtaking views of the Amazon basin from the highest point of the tour. From there, we descend to the Manu Cloud Forest, immersing you in diverse flora and fauna, including orchid farms, native birds, and monkeys.

Rio Madre De Dios
Following a local lunch, a ride from Atalaya Port takes you through the Madre de Dios River to Machuwasi Lake, home to various wildlife like giant otters and armadillos. The journey continues with a ride to the Manu Rainforest Lodge, situated deep in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon.

The journey continues with a ride to the Manu Rainforest Lodge, situated deep in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. After settling into your room at the lodge, you're treated to an Amazonian dinner. If desired, a short nocturnal hike can be arranged to spot the creatures of the night.
