Visit the iconic Ali Pasha Aqueduct, a 19th-century engineering marvel, then enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent Gjirokastra Castle (entrance included), which offers sweeping views over the valley. End your day strolling through the atmospheric Old Bazaar before settling in for the night at a traditional guesthouse near the bazaar, where stone walls and vintage décor reflect the city’s history.
