Take the Steese Expy N (AK-2 N) towards Fox. Continue north towards the Elliott Hwy and turn onto Old Murphy Dome Road go 2 miles the yurts will be on the left.
We do not recommend taking a taxi or rideshare as they might not be available to come back.

Learn Dog Mushing!!! Our Alaska State sport.
We designed this tour as an introduction to dog mushing for those who want to experience the activity beyond just riding in the sled. If you want to experience the rush of running your own dog team, this is your chance.
You will meet the sled dogs in our kennel and get plenty of time to get familiar with your team. Your experienced dog mushing guide will present to you the basics of dog mushing, teach how to put on a harness and line up the sled dogs in preparation for take off.
