Lors de cette visite, nous visiterons la ville de Tudela et le célèbre désert des Bardenas Reales. Tudela est la deuxième plus grande ville de Navarre et la capitale de La Ribera. Nous appelons Tudela la capitale des légumes en Espagne. Le sol fertile et le climat de cette région en font un endroit idéal pour la culture de nombreux légumes, d'huile d'olive et de vins. On dit que les légumes de Tudela sont probablement les meilleurs d'Europe. Tudela a également une histoire médiévale macabre. Les Bardenas Reales, "le grand désert d'Europe", sont une formation particulière créée par l'érosion pendant des milliers d'années.
