You also have the opportunity to taste and purchase delicious local hand-made produce (jams, relishes, etc), ciders, liqueurs and fortified wines. Using our simplifying Tasting Technique and Template (+ongoing access), you'll make your own tasting notes and find it easy to identify advanced colours, aromas, and flavours. This process makes describing wine easy and fun, and you’ll gain ongoing knowledge to confidently evaluate any wine, in any setting. Lunch follows at Olio Bello, with woodfired pizzas, salads, wine and olive oil + skincare sampling. The afternoon consists of tastings at two boutique wineries and a scenic vineyard for glass of wine and cheeseboard, concluding with a brewery visit.
