Je viens de Manarola et j'aime partager l'histoire des Cinque Terre et de son produit phare : le vin ! Je suis passionné de vin, et plus particulièrement des Cinque Terre. Je suis sommelier depuis 15 ans et j'aime beaucoup sentir les parfums et les arômes du vin, ressentir la différence. J'apprends à ressentir chaque chose. Après une promenade, c'est très intéressant de déguster des vins face à la mer, là où nous étions avant !

Vous commencerez votre expérience par la visite d'une cave à vin historique de Manarola, préservée au fil des ans. Vous rejoindrez ensuite la salle de dégustation en compagnie d'un sommelier professionnel AIS qui vous guidera dans cette expérience sensorielle. Vous dégusterez trois vins locaux en faisant appel à tous vos sens.

L'objectif est de faire découvrir les Cinque Terre et leur histoire intimement liée à la production viticole. Pour cela, nous nous promènerons dans les vignes afin d'admirer de près les célèbres murs en pierre sèche et les vignes accrochées à la roche. Nous visiterons ensuite une ancienne cave de production authentique, puis nous dégusterons avec un guide technique, un sommelier originaire de Manarola, fin connaisseur du vin des Cinque Terre et de son histoire. Nous dégusterons trois vins et en reconnaîtrons les différents arômes et sensations.

We will make pesto made with a marble mortar, just like my grandmother used to make it, and she taught me how to roll trofie, with a little secret that only in Ligurian kitchens is used.
