Le baptême de plongée est une expérience unique à vivre : - Passez un après-midi en mer : balade en bateau vers une île proche de Saint-Raphaël - Après un briefing complet sur l'activité, plongez en toute confiance avec un moniteur diplômé d'Etat pendant 20 minutes (un moniteur par personne). Vous découvrirez la vie de la Méditerranée (poissons, poulpes, oursins, étoiles de mer etc), les sensations de respiration sous l'eau (6m max) - avant et après votre baptême vous pourrez nager et faire du snorkeling autour de l'île (nous restons environ 90 minutes sur place) - thé ou eau à disposition selon la saison. Un certificat de baptême vous sera ensuite délivré pour votre première expérience sous-marine à votre retour au port, vers 17h. Cette activité est ouverte à tous à partir de 8 ans (autorisation parentale obligatoire pour les mineurs). Il vous faudra : maillot de bain, eau !, lunettes de soleil, serviette. PS : possible de réserver pour plus de 3 personnes directement par téléphone ou par mail.

Niveau facile de 8 mois à 88 ans J'aide à l'installation, j'apprends à pagayer, je rassure, et j'ai même des cordes pour tracter si la fatigue s'installe. Des barils à disposition pour poser vos affaires, mais surtout pour reposer votre dos et améliorer votre confort. Je décris tout ce que l'on voit, connaissance de la Faune et de la Flore, contact avec les animaux... Let yourself be carried... It’s time for relaxation. Board our maxi-catamarans for an afternoon at sea under the sign of relaxation, between grandiose landscapes and idyllic anchorage in the heart of the red rocks of the Esterel. Along the coast, the landscapes pass in front of you: Cap Dramont, Bay of Agay, wild coves, to a preserved creek between Cap Roux and the viaduct of Anthéor where the catamaran anchors. Here, no imposed program: you choose. Paddle, snorkel... or just lazing. An aperitif (punch planter) is served on board. Sailing then continues quietly, with a passage through the smugglers’ cove and the emblematic Golden Island, this rock that inspired Hergé for “The Black Island” in the adventures of Tintin. Everything is included: sailing, crew, anchorage, paddles, snorkeling, soft drinks and aperitif (punch planter). Nothing to add on board: just enjoy the moment.
