This is a warm, hands-on cooking experience that takes you into the heart of Alicante’s food culture. You’ll prepare five traditional tapas and a dessert in a real working restaurant kitchen — not a staged set, but a lively space where locals come to eat. Guided by a local chef and a friendly host, you’ll work with fresh, quality ingredients while learning different cooking techniques and discovering the stories and traditions behind each dish. The experience combines genuine hands-on cooking with the Spanish tradition of sharing tapas.
