Nous visiterons la célèbre Grotta Palazzese, Lama Monachile, célèbre crique naturelle, l'Isola dell'Eremita, lieu spirituel et légendaire où niche le magnifique spécimen de mouette corse ; la Grotte des Amoureux, la Grotte d'Ardito et bien d'autres. Au cours de l'excursion, nous nous arrêterons pour nous baigner dans les eaux bleues et cristallines de Polignano a Mare et trinquerons avec une flûte de Prosecco, accompagnée de taralli, de focaccia de Bari et d'olives, produits emblématiques de la tradition gastronomique des Pouilles.

Les plats sont cuisinés dans un ancien four en pierre de la ferme au feu de bois datant de 1700, issu des plus anciennes traditions paysannes des Pouilles. Tous les plats seront cuisinés dans des poêles traditionnelles en terre cuite selon d'anciennes recettes familiales. Le dîner aura lieu dans la plus belle et la plus ancienne partie de la ferme : les écuries, avec leurs authentiques mangeoires et leur sol en pierre d'origine.

Soon, you’ll reach the Apulian Aqueduct cycleway, a scenic route following one of the most important engineering works in southern Italy. You’ll cycle through oak woods, small canal bridges and peaceful countryside sections, with stops for photos and short stories about the people who made this project possible. As the route continues, the landscape opens up to trulli, masserie and oak trees. You’ll return to Locorotondo along country roads, enjoying wide views and the slow rhythm of rural Puglia.
