Kavalan Distillery is dedicated to producing Scotch-style single malt whisky. Jim & Dad's, a local brewing company, is the first beer tourism factory open to the public in Taiwan. It is famous for the flavors of local fruits and spices, such as pomelo, ginger, makauy, and more.
