Hidden at sea level near the entrance of the Bøkfjord, this snowshoe hike visits a German torpedo battery built into Arctic rock. After a short transfer from Kirkenes to the trailhead (about 30 minutes), travelers strap on snowshoes and embark on a scenic 4 - 5 hour round‑trip hike through frozen forests and hilly terrain, climbing roughly 200 meters of elevation with some steep sections.
