Guests will discover rare native grape varieties such as Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero and Casavecchia, once appreciated by the Bourbon court and now considered among Campania's hidden wine treasures. The tasting takes place in a historic 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and panoramic views over the Valle Telesina, creating an authentic farm-to-table experience that combines wine, local traditions, seasonal food and genuine hospitality away from the crowds.
