Itinerary
I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines.
In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and use now of this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France...It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy.
