In exchange for your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with the recipe card so that you can plan the ingredients and the weighings. But also, the material they need.
You will need to download the ZOOM app and each class reservation will be linked to a ZOOM meeting, which you will need to click to get there. It is possible to connect by phone, but not the best to see the recipes.
