We’ll start with handmade Polish pierogi at a family-run bistro, tasting both savoury and sweet varieties made with traditional recipes.

Next, we’ll visit a traditional Warsaw milk bar, a Polish institution dating back to the Communist era. We’ll taste several homemade Polish dishes and discover an authentic part of Poland’s culinary heritage.
