Come and explore the Northern end of the remote Western Bays of Lake Taupō with Venture Beyond.
This 2 1/2 Hr journey departs from Kinloch Marina just a short 20 minute drive from Taupō township.
Visit the Otupoto falls and others while exploring towering cliffs, dramatic coastlines , and pristine ravines only accessible by boat.
Stop off for locally supplied coffee, tea and a chocolate biscuit or two a seasonal swim or foraging before cruising the coastline on our way back to Kinloch.

Coming thru the roundabout into Kinloch, continue along Marina Terrace, and around the corner onto Kinloch Esplanade. Continue on to the marina at the end of the road. There is free all day parking for our guests in the berth holder parking area.

Veiw Otupoto Falls from its base and enjoy the boat nosing into the falls

Waihora Bay
Disembark at Kotukutuku Landing to walk the short 10 minute walk up to the Kotukutuku Stream Waterfall enjoying the flora and fauna along the way.
There is a great spot in front of the waterfall to take a photo.

Waihora Bay
Disembark on the main part of Waihora Bay for morning tea which is supplied.
Fresh, locally roasted coffee, tea, hot chocolate and our famous double chocolate Tim Tams are available for you to enjoy as the skipper gives you information about the area.
Enjoy a seasonal swim and/or foraging for treasure along the lakes edge.

Visit the hidden Tutaewaeroa Stream waterfall found tucked away in a short ravine further around the bay

Kawakawa Bay
We will take you into a pristine bay called Boat Harbour and say hello to the bay Kaitiake who look after this amazing spot. We'll often drop off supplies here.
