Vinicunca Mountain
Rainbow mountain full-day tour: Cusco - Rainbow Mountain - Cusco.
Get ready to explore one of the natural wonders of the Andes in Cusco, Peru!
At 4 a.m., your tour guide and bus will pick you up at your hotel or meet you at the fountain in Cusco's main square. You'll then take a 1.5-hour trip to the Cusipata town, where you'll enjoy a healthy breakfast. Then continue your journey for another 1.5 hrs to the start of the hike. Together with your tour guide, hike for 1 hour along an uphill trail with incredible panoramic views and full of high Andean biodiversity.
From the highest point of the excursion, enjoy the natural beauty, contemplate the colorful mountains, the impressive snow-capped peaks, and take excellent photographs.
Then, descend to the bus station. Take your bus to the Cusipata town, where you'll enjoy a semi-buffet lunch prepared with local ingredients. Then continue your journey back to the Cusco city (arrival at 17:30 hrs).
