You will begin your tour on the panoramic Vatican Gardens balcony where you will enjoy a pretty view of the dome of St. Peters Basilica; then you will reach the Pinecone Courtyard, for your introduction to the Sistine Chapel’s history. Remember! Speaking inside the Sistine Chapel is forbidden!
Then, you will stroll through the archeological Pio Clementino Museum and its magnificent corridors of the second floor: the Gallery of the Candelabra, the Gallery of the Tapestries, and the most impressive Gallery of the Maps. Its walls are completely frescoed with maps of the ancient Italian territories, illuminated by the golden light of the ceiling.
