Itinerary
1
Lawson
Your adventure begins in the historic mining town of Lawson, sitting at approximately 8,200 ft in the Rocky Mountains. Here, you launch directly into a natural, snowmelt‑fed section of Clear Creek, surrounded by rugged alpine terrain. This high‑elevation starting point sets the tone for an exhilarating run through fast, technical whitewater.
2
Idaho Springs
Your trip concludes in the storied mountain town of Idaho Springs, a historic hub of Colorado’s gold‑rush era. After navigating the final rapids, you float into calmer waters and return to town—energized, soaked, and smiling after completing one of the most challenging half‑day rafting trips near Denver.
