Ruins of Tastil
The tour includes a stop in the picturesque village of Santa Rosa de Tastil, an Andean corner that preserves the warmth and daily life of the Puna. There you can meet its inhabitants, its crafts and the tranquility of a village surrounded by history.
Nearby are the Ruins of Tastil, one of the most important pre-Inca settlements in South America, whose cultural heritage gives identity to the area. Although they are not visited in this experience, their presence brings an invaluable historical framework to the environment of the current town.

Viaducto de la polvorilla
The tour includes a stop at the imposing Viaduct La Polvorilla, the most emblematic piece of engineering on the Train to the Clouds. At 63 meters high and 224 meters long, this steel bridge spans a unique landscape of the Salta Puna.
