Your sunset floating sound bath journey is a 3-hour sensory experience set in a lush tropical garden. You'll begin with a refreshing welcome drink before easing into a mindful, hands-on activity — such as, learn to make your own palo santo smudge stick or engage in a guided creative writing ritual to centre your energy.
Next, you will transition to the floating sound bath. Rest fully clothed on an inflatable mattress gently floating in the pool, eyes covered with a scented mask as you’re immersed in 60 minutes of soothing Tibetan bowls and sound healing instruments.
