Itinerary
After a 45-minute drive from Florence, we'll arrive in the Tuscan countryside near San Miniato, renowned worldwide for its truffles, most notably the prestigious white truffle of San Miniato. This is a genuine experience in the art of truffle hunting, based in respect for the earth.
The experience begins with a briefing that explains the traditions and mindset of the instructor, who is part of a line of San Miniato truffle hunters. You'll also learn about the different kinds of truffles and how to distinguish the real thing from fakes and artificially-scented products.
