The customer must have a phone connection so we can organize the pickup via whatsapp or text. We offer 1h free waiting time at the airport and 15 minutes in the hotel. We offer 2h free waiting time at the Port of Santos Portuguese-speaking driver (English-speaking driver upon request, 20% additional cost)
