Trujillo
En route to our experience of the Ceviche we pass through the colonial city of Trujillo for a 20-minute panoramic bus tour to see its facades and architectural beauty.

Chan Chan
Our Ceviche Experience begins with the visit of chan Chan with a marine approach where we will understand the importance of the sea in its ritual, daily and spiritual life.
We will walk through its streets and corridors watching reliefs of fish, sea waves, pelicans, cormorants, boobies and fishing nets.
After this visit we go to the local market of the fishing village in Huanchaco

Huanchaco
We continue our experience of the Ceviche without first visiting the local market of Huanchaco, an ancient fishing village that uses totora horses for fishing.

Playa de Huanchaco
In Huanchaco we have our experience of Ceviche and Pisco by a professional Cheff and bartender who will delight us with drinks and meals.
Each participating tourist interacts with the Cheff by learning the art of the Ceviche , in addition the prepared is consumed by each participant.
Learn , eat and enjoy Peruvian food.
