Guided directly by the Malagoli family, you’ll enjoy a warm, personal welcome and a clear, professional introduction to Modena’s legendary “black gold,” surrounded by ancient wooden barrels where balsamic vinegar slowly ages over generations.

I visitatori scopriranno gli usi, le tradizioni, i processi per fare l'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena dop. Conosceranno quindi perchè i modenesi amano così tanto questo prodotto e, alla fine della spiegazione, lo assaggeranno nei diversi invecchiamenti.
