Rather than following a fixed route, your Local Host may adjust the order of stops or recommend alternative transport options to avoid long queues and help you make the most of your time.

When weather and visibility allow, your host will happily take you to viewpoints that offer memorable views of Mount Fuji. However, as these conditions are beyond anyone's control, sightings cannot be guaranteed. If seeing Mount Fuji is the primary reason for your trip, our Kawaguchiko day trip is specifically designed to maximize opportunities for mountain views and may be a better choice.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
