This is a slow, observant walk through Tokyo’s lived-in backstreets, and one of my favorite urban areas in Tokyo. All participants will receive photos of the group from the walk.
The photowalk begins in Inokashira Park, where the group gathers, and we start the photo tour from there. The route moves on foot through the surrounding neighborhoods, quiet residential streets, small shopping roads, service alleys, and overlooked urban pockets that locals pass through daily. We will also stop once for coffee!
Participants photograph the environment as they walk, using either a camera or phone.
