Itinerary
We arrive at the location and go to the therapeutic dome. We gather in a circle and introduce ourselves, sharing our intentions to connect, heal, and harmonize. Then we participate in a sound healing session and guided meditation. We prepare to dress and go to the Temazcal. We move to the forest and the Temazcal area. We review instructions for entering the Temazcal and prepare for the cleansing with medicinal plants. This may include optional practices such as smudging and using plant-infused water to cleanse the respiratory passages, similar to the practice of neti in India.
