Itinerary
Hand-roast, grind, and blend foraged herbs and tea plants into a creative seasonal tea, and explore each ingredient’s cultural value. In this fun workshop, you’ll craft your own unique seasonal tea blend from a selection of playful ingredients that reflect the current micro season. Following the workshop, there will be a tasting of two other teas with sweets that tell the story of the Japanese islands.
