Here, you'll receive snorkeling gear to explore the mesmerizing Mesoamerican reef and encounter majestic sea turtles in their natural habitat. Akumal, meaning "Land of Turtles" in Mayan, boasts crystal-clear waters and a vibrant coral reef teeming with marine life. As you stroll along the soft sandy shores of Akumal's 5-kilometer beach, framed by swaying palm trees, you'll be captivated by the tranquil beauty of this tropical paradise. While basking in the sun-drenched shores of Akumal, it's important to protect your skin with anti-UV sunscreen or a T-shirt for added sun protection. To preserve the delicate ecosystem, we encourage the use of biodegradable sunscreen and repellent during your visit. For logistical reasons, we may visit Akumal first and then the cenote or vice versa.

Afterward, venture to an exclusive cenote, a sacred site for the ancient Maya civilization. Here, you'll swim and explore one of the incredible underground caves of the Yucatán Peninsula.
