Turn a brewery night into a hands-on sushi experience with Chef Tony, hosted at a modern brewery in Fort Worth. This beginner-friendly class starts with the essential foundation of sushi: perfectly seasoned rice. Chef Tony will guide you through simple knife skills and prep techniques that make rolling sushi feel easy and approachable, even if it’s your first time. Once everything is ready, you’ll roll California-style hand rolls filled with sushi rice, nori, imitation crab or cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds.
