The total duration of the activity is around 2hr. You will either have the surf experience at Carcavelos beach or at Guincho beach (depending on your surfing skills and ocean conditions).
The surf lessons consist on surf practice and surf theory. Every surf lesson will start with explaining the conditions of the spot (the beach, types of waves, currents, reference points), followed by warm-up and stretching exercises. First exercises and explanations are done on the beach (paddling, position on the board, take-off techniques, safety in the water, balance).
