MEETING POINT : 118 Avenida Menendez, between OC White’s restaurant and the Municipal Marina. Look for the illuminated cart. Street parking is available along Avenida Menendez, stretching south to the St. Francis Barracks. Public restrooms are located on the north side of the Municipal Marina.
