Itinerary
You will head away from Rovaniemi to find the perfect peaceful place to start your trip. Before heading into the forests, you will be given some instructions on how to walk with the snowshoes. As you snowshoe through the quiet snowy landscapes, you will already feel the harmony of Lapland nature that surrounds you.
Soon you will end up on the frozen expanse of a lake. It is time to find a promising spot to try to catch your lunch! Your guide will help you drill your hole in the ice, and will teach you the basic techniques of how to ice fish. Then, it is just a matter of time and patience before you can feel the first bite of the fish!
