This is a wine tasting for people that want to discover and try wines that go far beyond the classic Rioja o Ribera del Duero spanish wines. It's about small and artisan producers that make wine not so easy to get as their production is very limited. Aromas and flavors that you won't find so common but will make you think how the wine universe can be so different and fun.

I'll be attending you and other guests at our place La Espontánea. While you will take position, I'll introduce myself and what the project is about. We'll start our conversation on what is natural wine, why it's so important to know how wine is made and how we can drink better and more sustainable wine. During our wine tasting you'll be served with four glasses of wine in this particular order: sparkling, white, orange and red wine. Wines will be from Spain and other countries too according to availability. You'll get a brief introduction of the producer, the region and how the wine was made.
