The guest will taste the regional cuisine of Lombardy and other typical Italian dishes. Damiano generally proposes a typical menu composed of a mix of Como Lake flavors, on whom shores he grew up and which includes dishes with local fish, venison and home-made sweet.
However, if you are curious about other dishes or to discover more about Italian cuisine, he is the best as he can organize some tasting of other Italian dishes such as carbonara or spaghetti with lobster and a lot more.
