We are not allowed to fly very close to Sigiriya Lion Rock since it's an archaeological site. Usually, we watch it, but not very closely. Depending on the flight path, you may have a panoramic view of the iconic Sigiriya Rock, a UNESCO World Heritage site, rising dramatically from the surrounding plains.

Keep an eye out for wildlife, as hot air balloons often provide a unique opportunity to spot animals from above. This can include birds, elephants, and other wildlife native to the area. Depending on the flight route, you might pass over traditional villages, allowing you to observe local life and architecture from a different perspective.

Our takeoff site is close to the Golden Temple, offering a chance to see it up close or from a distance, depending on the wind direction. Sometimes you can pass very closely, but sometimes you will see it from a little far.
