During this two hour Wine Tasting Dinner, our sommelier will lead the class through the background and concepts of Sicilian wine: the main types and styles of wine, grapes, and terroir; after which, you will learn about assessing wine quality and ageing, and the principles of food and wine pairing. To wrap up the class, we’ll share ideas and opinions of what we’ve experienced over a classic shot of limoncello. The aim of this class is to put Sicilian winemaking into the spotlight.
