We will stop at one of the most famous pastry shops in Favara to taste the real Sicilian cannolo and from here I will take you through the narrow streets of the center to show you architectural beauties and locals. We will then go to a delightful 50s style location, prepared just for you...my home! We will wear the apron and cook our lunch in perfect Sicilian style, using organic and seasonal ingredients! We will meet in Piazza Cavour, where I will explain the program of our day. After a short tour of the old town, I will let you live the CANNOLO EXPERIENCE, in one of the oldest bakeries in the city. The experience will continue at Annalisa's house, where we will cook a Sicilian menu made with zero km and seasonal ingredients, following Grandma's recipes.
