Sichuan Cuisine Museum
At 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM, your driver will pick you up from your Chengdu hotel for a half-day culinary adventure. The tour includes four highlights:
Museum Tour: Explore the exhibition hall to learn about the history of Sichuan cuisine and view antique artifacts.
Snack Tasting: Visit the Pixian Bean Paste garden and taste traditional snacks like Spicy Bean Noodles and Tofu Jelly.
Cultural Experience: Watch the fermentation process of the famous Pixian Bean Paste and visit the Temple of the Kitchen God to pray for blessings.
Cooking Class: The highlight! A professional chef will teach you how to cook authentic Sichuan dishes. You will prepare your own lunch/dinner, enjoy the meal, and receive a cooking certificate as a souvenir before returning to your hotel.
